Initial Evaluation

Service Description

At Louisville Moves Chiropractic, every patient starts with an Initial Evaluation. We hear your story and take a detailed note of your medical history. A thorough exam will be performed observing posture, muscle tone, movement pattern, and joint restriction. From there we create an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together as well as a realistic timeline.
