WHAT TO EXPECT

All patients begin with a Free Consultation and/or Initial Evaluation prior to any therapeutic services being performed. During the Initial Evaluation, a comprehensive History of Health will be collected, Physical Evaluation conducted, Report of Findings explained, Treatment Goals determined, and Treatment Plan agreed upon.

Most Treatment Plans are broken into 3 Phases:

  • Phase 1 will consist of Soft Tissue and Joint Restriction Mobilization/Balancing with Home Care recommendations. (Typically 4-8 treatment visits)

  • Phase 2 shifts focus to Functional Movement Training as well as proper muscle facilitation and strengthening. (Typically 4-6 treatment visits)

  • Phase 3 is Maintenance and can range from every 2 weeks to as needed depending on the individual.

Most Treatment visits vary between 30-45 minutes and are based on how a patient presents on a given day.
